We are available 7 days a week from 9am till 11pm. We do have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Should you need to cancel, we ask that you call us as soon as possible to avoid being charged for your massage or massages. Our therapists generally arrive 10 to 15 minutes early for setting up and starting on time. Traffic is sometimes an issue in Las Vegas and we do our best to give ourselves plenty of travel time to each appointment. **Please arrive a few minutes early to complete paperwork. Late arrival time cannot be made up with treatment time. Treatment time may include up to 10 minutes of preparation time.
Cancellation Policy
Should a change of plans require you to cancel your appointments, please call at least 4 hours prior to your appointment Monday through Thursday. On weekends, Friday through Sunday, a 24 hour notice is required. If you do not cancel a reservation or do not show up for your appointments, your credit card will be billed for all scheduled services. Appointments are only reserved with a valid Visa, Mastercard and American Express Credit Cards.
